Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Advance Room Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed once the devotee receives an official confirmation acknowledgment via WhatsApp or SMS from our management following receipt of the agreed token or advance deposit.
2. Cancellation Timelines & Refunds

3. Peak Season & Festive Bookings
During high-rush pilgrimage periods including Maha Shivaratri, Karthika Pournami, Ugadi, and Sravana Masam, room inventory is exceptionally limited. Any advance payments made for bookings during these notified festival dates are strictly non-refundable.
4. Early Check-Out Policy
In cases where guests check out earlier than their scheduled departure date, room tariff for the remaining unused room nights will not be refunded as the room was reserved exclusively for their stay.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
All approved refunds are initiated through original UPI or bank transfer channels within 3 to 5 business days from the date of official cancellation confirmation.
